PRSB is seeking your input, so we can help improve care for more than 2 million people who have unhealed wounds, and millions more who need wound care every year. PRSB has been commissioned by the National Wound Care Strategy Programme to develop an information standard that will help improve wound care. Whether you provide or receive wound care, we want to hear from you in our survey on what information should be recorded and shared to deliver better outcomes. The deadline to complete the survey is 9am on 3 January.
We will consult separately with informaticians and systems suppliers in an online workshop taking place on 14 December. Details of this workshop will appear on our website next week.
We are delighted to announce that we have extended our Standards Partnership Scheme to support health and care providers on their journey towards excellence in standards implementation and conformance. The scheme is supported by system leaders in the NHS and social care.
Electronic health records supplier, Epic, recently joined the PRSB Standards Partnership Scheme. Epic develops software to help people get well, help people stay well, and help future generations to be healthier. More than 300 million patients have a current record in Epic.
