New social prescribing standard will improve person-centred care
PRSB's Social Prescribing standard will help ensure the right information flows between services to support better, safer care and outcomes for people using social prescribing. The standard is now live and available on our website, free and available to use across the country.
The return of Digital Health Rewired proves busy for PRSB
PRSB sessions on nursing and diabetes were a big draw at Digital Health Rewired. Our diabetes team hosted a panel session on the future of wearable technology and remote monitoring in diabetes care, and Person Lead for PRSB’s nursing project, Emma Robertson, presented on achieving patient empowerment through digital nursing documentation and personalised care.
PRSB welcomes RIX and TPP to the Standards Partnership Scheme
With the ambition to improve clinical access and empower patients, joining the Standards Partnership Scheme was a natural step for TPP. Rix Research and Media also joined the Scheme this month, with the aim to enable person-centred care for people with learning disabilities.
The British Dental Association and Academy of Medical Royal Colleges Wales join as members this month. We are also joined by new Advisory Board representatives from the National Care Forum, the RCGP, the British Dietetic Association and Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland.
The Welsh Nursing Care Record’s journey to success

Hackathon success for INTEROPen!
Developers were busy hacking solutions during Rewired at INTEROPen's first ever Social Care Hackathon. Hack teams worked hard to support information flows across care settings to support the prevention of falls. INTEROPen is hosting a pre-hack Learnathon on 25 May.
